Fabio Quartararo keeps moderate expectations for the Malaysian MotoGP. Considering the Sepang circuit, the Monster Energy Yamaha rider is not aiming for a top result.
The Frenchman told the press that his first goal is to secure a direct entry into the second phase of qualification. As for the final result, finishing among the top seven will leave Quartararo satisfied:
– What I expect I don’t know, but at least try to be in the top 10 on Friday – this is the main goal by far. And then more or less the pace is always good. So this will be my main goal – to be in the Q2 from Friday. And then try, of course… for me a race like Thailand would be great. A top 6/7 on this kind of track would be great.
