Following the announcement of the sports calendar, MotoGP has revealed the dates for the three test days throughout the 2024 season. It’s one more than this year, thanks to an agreement between factory teams, riders, and the official tyre supplier (Michelin).
All sessions will take place following at circuits which hosted Grand Prix events in the days before. On April 29, the Circuito de Jerez Ángel Nieto will host the first in-season official test, while on June 3, it will be Mugello’s turn, and on September 9, Misano will be the venue for testing.
These three test days during the season join the Valencia test this year in November, the shakedown and the official test at Sepang, and the official test in Qatar.
