Track preparations for the MotoGP Indonesian GP race are now complete after Sunday’s warm-up session. Maverick Viñales was the fastest rider after the ten-minute session.
Jorge Martín (Prima Pramac/Ducati) led the session after the initial flying laps and was consistently at the top of the timesheets, leading at three different points in the session, along with Viñales (Aprilia).
Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati), Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM), and Franco Morbidelli (Monster Energy Yamaha) also took turns at the top. In the end, Viñales secured the fastest time with his last lap, posting a time of 1m31.043s to take first place beating Martín by 0.084s.
Takaaki Nakagami (LCR Honda) finished third, with Morbidelli in fourth and Johann Zarco (Prima Pramac/Ducati) closing the top five. Bagnaia could only manage seventh place, 0.405s behind Viñales.
